Conscious Emotional Mapping · 75 minutes

A clear map of the emotional pattern you are running — and where your body is holding it.

Seventy-five minutes, one-to-one. We read the pattern, mark where it sits, name the belief underneath it, and send you away with something written down and something in hand. Online across India, or in person in Bengaluru.

What people describe

The ordinary shapes strain takes in a working adult, before anyone gives it a name.

These are descriptions people bring to a session — not symptoms, not a checklist, and not a statement about anyone reading this page.

  • Sleep that starts well and breaks in the small hours
  • Reactions that arrive faster than the thought behind them
  • A decision circled for weeks with no new information
  • Energy that drops sharply in the afternoon
  • Small setbacks landing heavier than they should
  • Plans quietly avoided, and called a busy week
  • Relief when something gets cancelled
  • A jaw, neck or gut held tight long enough to stop noticing

The reading

How emotion is held in the body.

Three things tend to show up together: a physical sensation, the emotion behind it, and the sentence the mind keeps repeating. Choose a region to see all three.

Chest

Physical — what is felt
Pressure, shorter breath, an ache behind the breastbone.
Emotional — what it is
Sadness, grief, a sense of loss.
Mental — what it repeats
“I do not know how to go on without it.”

An honest note: this is how the body is read in a session, not a claim that an emotion causes an illness. A sore knee is often a sore knee, and pain that persists belongs with a doctor first. What research does support is that people map emotions onto consistent bodily regions — 773 adults across Finland and Taiwan produced matching maps in Nummenmaa et al., “Bodily maps of emotions”, PNAS 111(2), 2014.

What the mapping reads

Six questions, answered about you specifically.

01

The pattern

Which emotion repeats, how fast it arrives, how long it stays.

02

Where it sits

The region of the body carrying it, and what tends to ease there first.

03

The trigger

The conditions that set it off — sleep, hunger, hour of day, particular rooms.

04

The belief underneath

The sentence the reaction protects. Usually older than today's event.

05

Breath and rhythm

Swara observation alongside how energy genuinely moves across a day.

06

What restores

What actually resets you, tested rather than assumed.

How the session runs

Seventy-five minutes, in four movements.

  1. 01

    Intake

A structured questionnaire before we meet: sleep, energy, reactions, and what prompted the booking.

    Before we meet
  2. 02

    Reading

A guided inventory through the six questions, body scanned region by region, breath observed alongside.

    25 minutes
  3. 03

    Mapping

The loop laid out together, out loud. The place it starts is rarely the place assumed.

    25 minutes
  4. 04

    Remedy

A Bach flower blend selected in front of you with the reasoning stated, plus one breath practice for 21 days.

    25 minutes

What you leave with

Something on paper, and something in hand.

  • Your Conscious Emotional Map

A PDF setting out the pattern, where it sits, the belief underneath and the remedy, in plain language.

  • Your marked body map

The regions carrying the load, so change is something you can feel rather than take on trust.

  • A personal Bach flower blend

30 ml, mixed for your reading rather than chosen off a shelf.

  • One breath practice

Matched to your dominant swara, with timing.

  • A day-21 check-in

A short follow-up to see what moved and what did not.

Before you book

Reasonable questions.

Is this therapy or a medical consultation?+

No. Conscious Emotional Mapping is a structured wellness reading of an emotional pattern, with a flower remedy and a breath practice attached. It is not diagnosis, treatment or psychotherapy, and it does not replace care you are already receiving.

Does it mean physical pain is emotional in origin?+

No. Persistent physical pain belongs with a doctor first, and we will always say so. What a session works with is the pattern that often sits alongside it — the tightness that returns with a particular situation and eases when that situation does.

Who usually books a session?+

Most people who book are managing well on the outside — holding a job, showing up for people — and would simply like to understand their own emotional pattern more precisely. No diagnosis is needed, and none is given.

What are Bach flower remedies?+

A set of 38 preparations developed by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930s, each associated with a particular emotional state. A blend is chosen from them based on what the reading shows, taken as drops. They are complementary wellness preparations, not medicines.

Online or in person — does it matter?+

The reading runs identically either way. In person in Bengaluru, the flower blend is mixed and handed over during the session. Online, it is couriered within two working days.

What does it cost and how long does it take?+

₹2,200 for one 75-minute one-to-one session, including the written map, the 30 ml blend, the assigned breath practice and the day-21 check-in.
